Refund policy

1. Class Refunds:

Refund Eligibility: Participants are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is made at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled class. If cancelling is less than 2 days, participants can join class at alternate location or following week at same location.
Cancellation Process: To request a refund, please inform us via email at desidancefitness@gmail.com or contact at 480-779-9104. Please provide your name, class details, and reason for cancellation.
Refund Processing: Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.

2. Monthly Membership Refunds:

Cancellation Policy: Monthly memberships cannot be canceled if requested in the same month. Cancellation for following month must be requested before the 15th of previous month.
Cancellation Process: To cancel your monthly membership, please notify us via email at desidancefitness@gmail.com or contact at 480-779-9104 before the 15th of the previous month. Provide your membership details and reason for cancellation. Eg if you want to cancel membership for August, all request must be sent by 15th July.
Refund Processing: Refunds for monthly memberships will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment (card or zelle).

3. General Terms:

Non-Refundable Items: Special events, workshops, and promotional classes are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Force Majeure: Desi Dance Fitness is not liable for any cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
